The use of 3rd party shippers to facilitate shipping our product outside of the United States

is strictly prohibited.



Charge Limits


$1500.00 PER DAY PURCHASING (including shipping and taxes) or your order will fail.

Billing and Shipping Address MUST be the same or your order will fail!

We will accept payment for larger orders via cash bank-to-bank transfers with prior approval. Wire transfers will incure a fee at your bank as well as ours. Check with your bank for the fee structure for wire transfers. Our bank is located in California. All funds must be drawn from and transferred to USA Banks Only.

Combination payments will not be accepted.  Contact Admin for details on wire/bank transfers.

Account holders name and billing account name MUST be the same.


Returns Policy

Any shortages or inaccuracies must be reported within 7 days of receipt as verified by shipper.

You may return most new, unopened items (with authorization) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price
with the exception of e-liquid. E-Liquids are not returnable or refundable. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).If you just did not want the item, buyer will be responsible for return shipping and a 15% restock charge. No "Postage Due" returns will be accepted.

There are no returns on E-Liquid or E-Juice for any reason. These liquids are a controlled liquid and for safety reasons, cannot be returned unless we shipped the incorrect product. Unopened Electronic Cigarettes are returnable providing they were purchased and verified through our system. Unopened and unused Electronic Cigarette Components and accessories have a 7 day from receipt return period.

Clearomizers / E-liquid Tanks. In the event that we run out of a certain color after you have placed your order, we reserve the right to substitute clear tank units. Clear tanks provide optimal viewing of e-liquid quantity. If this is unacceptable, please do not order clearomizers. This is a wholesale business and sales are done in volume, not piece by piece, and shortages do occur.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail when we have approved your return item.

All orders cancelled after 24 hours of ordering will incure a 20% restocking fee. Your order is not simply just pulled off the shelves. It is purchased and processed in quantity with other orders, and cancellations would require recalculating all of the orders affected. Please be sure of what you are ordering before hitting "Submit Payment".

We can ship to virtually any address in the Contiguous United States.

We do not ship to ANY other countries, only the U.S.A. No APO or FPO addresses.


The terms "Priority Mail, " 2nd Day Air", "Express Mail" and so on, have nothing to do with

our processing time. They are terms used by the shipping company in regards to "their" delivery times


Our standard and published shipping time is "1 to 3 business days" as many products are custom blended to order.

We process our orders, "first in - first out", with no exceptions. No "Bumping". We try our best to ship orders received by 11:00 AM the next business day. Orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday at the earliest as we are closed weekends.

Our responsibility for delivery of your product ends when the carrier states that it has been delivered.

We use shipper tracking on all orders. USPS and UPS tracking is automatically sent when orders are shipped.

It is the customers responsibility to have product shipped to a secure location.

Shipping of nicotine and having it left on the "front porch" is unacceptable! Nicotine is a controlled substance and a poison and must be received and signed for when delivered. Loss of product from "front porch" deliveries is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you decide to move before the package is delivered, it is your responsibility to claim your package from the Postal Carrier.


Many of our products are not transportable by air due to safety regulations.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and no products will be sold to minors.

When you place an order,
we will estimate shipping
and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
